Welcome to the Land of the Confused
Musings and reflections on life; its banalities and peculiarities. Writing through the confused mixed-heritage lens of a photographer, feminist, second-gen immigrant and frizzy-headed millennial.
I used to do a lot of writing as a youngster. As soon as I could write, I had journals and diaries and I scrawled my name everywhere I could reach. Then somewhere along the way, I discovered people would pay me to take photos and I left my pencil by the wayside. A recent pull in the pit of my stomach that wouldn’t go away had me itching to put some proper words to paper again. With a bit of help on accountability, I present to thee my Substack.
Here you’ll find musings and reflections on life; its banalities and peculiarities. Writing through the confused mixed-heritage lens of a female photographer, feminist, second-generation immigrant and frizzy-headed millennial.
